Bold whatever applies

Art Fags
Body Type: Emaciated, tattooed, usually with some sort of ironic facial hair and an enormous coif.
Description: The art fag is cooler than you. He's also cooler than all your friends, and he is not afraid to show it. He is usually an artist (duh), photographer, fashion designer, band member, or something that requires a degree from RISD, FIT, or some other art school that is an acronym. He dresses either in the most current prissy fashions or (and) like a homo version of Terry Richardson, in big glasses, flannels, and jeans that looks so thrown together that it took him hours to put together. You're more likely to find them at a gallery opening or model party, but every so often they'll be at a gay bar to rub elbows, and other parts, with the other homos.
Subcategories: Alternaqueers, gipsters
New York City Hang Out: The Cock Toronto: West of wherever you are
Diva of Choice: Peaches
Preoccuptions: The hottest club, looking down on things, cheap coke, being bohemian, the outer boroughs
Top or Bottom: Bottom

*Thanks to Gawker for calling them like they see em. And hey--at least we have the option of opting out of the '90s circuit and into another stereotype.

Swine Flu in Madrid

Oops, I mean "Anti-bullfighting demonstrators lay in fake blood at the Plaza de Toros de Las Ventas earlier today in Madrid. An estimated of 300 demonstrators protested for the abolition of bullfighting."

Sunday observation: swine flu jokes are either too soon, or outdated. I'm at a loss to comedic timing.

Last weekend microblog before regular Monday morning content, I promise*

Meet Tucker Max.

Most of you have already met Tucker Max thanks to his addicting blog, which gave birth to an addicting New York Times Best Seller. But now you get the chance to meet the big-screen Tucker Max, played by Matt Czuchry, who is probably best known for his role as Logan on Gilmore Girls.

Don't think that Czuchry is the only b-list pretty boy that has been rounded up for the film. Tucker's friends are going to be played by Jesse Bradford and Geoff Stults, who haven't had much work since Seventh Heaven or Swimfan.

The lesson to be learned: if more blogs were made into movies, we'd all have acting careers.

Even if the script is awful, like Gawker claims, I'll be lining up opening weekend. What's more fun than seeing Logan ditch Rory and bang some STD-ridden sluts?
