The place has been handed down to the young things, the Times tells him today. All the president’s men are children: fresh faced, eager, and ideal. Not unlike those he knows. But wrinkles will crack down all our faces as our watches whip towards the future. In D.C., it’s already happening. To us, it will soon enough.
So she writes: They are learning that Washington often changes you more than you change it.
